Many of us look to games as a quick description. From RPGs to shooters, these are things that we play for an hour or two as nice distractions.

Some games, though, require a much deeper commitment to master. And whether you consider these recommendations or warnings, here are the video games that will definitely consume your entire life!

I must have completed Metal Gear Solid 2 ten times easily. Going for dog tags, or just playing around with each little sand-box level. There was just so much to discover. Same with MGS 3 u/mfarmer1982
